BYO-Me: Your AI-Powered Nutritional Assistant

BYO-Me — Be Your Own Me — is an AI nutritional assistant developed by the Metabolic Intelligence Lab at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore together with Chirale S.R.L. It turns the metabolic models we build in the lab into something usable every day.

 

Its AI agents keep the food diary, analyse what you eat and return personalised dietary guidance — calibrated on your own metabolic profile, your goals and your preferences, not on a population average.

 

It is built to work alongside clinicians: doctors and nutritionists can follow their patients’ nutrition remotely, on the same data the model uses.
